Traineeships

What is a Traineeship?

A Traineeship is a course with work experience which can last up to 6 months. This also helps to prepare the learner for work or an apprenticeship. A Traineeship provides the learner with an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills, improve their confidence and gain valuable work experience in a "real work" environment. Traineeships are also an great stepping stone and natural progression into apprenticeships
